Which solar panels are best for home use? Can you give me some advice? I will be very grateful for the recommendation of a trusted company.

I am also thinking about switching to solar energy. It is said to be more economical than using traditional electricity.

Hello, I recently bought solar panels for home permanent use. I took a long time and carefully chose the company in which to buy everything I need, and in the end I chose 12v solar panel by renogy. At the moment I already use this equipment, and I can say that I am completely satisfied with everything. There are no complaints.

A standard solar system — the kind you see on most residential properties — is “grid-tied.” This means they remain connected to the public grid and are capable of a few things:

They produce energy for your home
They can send excess energy to the grid to let you take advantage of net metering
The system allows your home to pull electricity from the electric grid if needed
Through interconnection, grid-tied solar panels allow you to use the sun’s energy whenever possible but always have an electricity supply from your utility company when you need it.

On the other hand, off-grid systems are not tied to the grid. That means you cannot pull energy from a utility company if your energy needs ever outpace your production, and you cannot send excess power to the grid or take advantage of net metering.

Hey everyone! It looks like we're discussing solar systems and their connection to the grid. Indeed, a standard solar system that you typically find on residential properties is often referred to as "grid-tied." This means that the solar panels are connected to the local electrical grid. Being grid-tied has its advantages. Firstly, it allows homeowners to benefit from net metering, which means that any excess electricity generated by their solar panels can be fed back into the grid, earning them credits or reducing their electricity bills. Additionally, if the solar system doesn't produce enough electricity to meet the demand, homeowners can draw power from the grid. However, there's also another approach to solar systems called off grid. An off-grid system operates independently of the electrical grid, relying solely on solar power and usually incorporating battery storage to store excess energy for use during periods of low sunlight or at night. This setup is commonly used in remote areas where connecting to the grid is impractical or expensive.
